Good News, Bad News

Good News: My Engltri persuasive speech is scheduled on Monday. Yay for weekend preparations.
Bad News: Speech will be done in the classroom. No mic, no computer (for PowerPoint presentation). Just raw voice and OHP.

Good News: What is online to you....
Bad News: ...is offline in my list :\

Good News: My Green and White pictorial is scheduled next week, August 5.
Bad News 1: I had a late haircut. It's shorter than what I prefer.
Bad News 2: Day of Defeat, or Defense of the Ancients? :\

Good News: As an alternative for the missed Litera1 class due to class suspensions, we were required to watch "Sukob".
Bad News 1: Two days after the announcement, Sir Johann said that it wasn't required anymore. Therefore movie money instantly became Netopia fee. :(
Bad News 2: The "I haven't watched a movie inside a movie theater for years!" curse still runs. Yep... 5 years and counting...

Bad News: La Salle is suspended, and it pains to watch the games without your Alma Mater. Major sponsors backed out, and the league is almost stuck at Ninoy Aquino Stadium.
Good News 1: WHO CARES? FEU is losing, and NU is winning! That's all that matters nyahahaha!
Good News 2: Our whipping boys... I mean rivals... are on a hot streak! Go Ateneo! Win the championship! We'll be more than glad to take it from you next season. Hehehe >:D

Good News: Older brother is out and I'm free to use the computer all night in preparation for the speech this Monday.
Bad News: I'm not doing anything about it.

Ika nga nila sa Ingles, Patience is a virtue.

-----

May kumaway

May kumaway downtown, walking fast, faces pass and I'm homebound...

-----

May kumaway == Making my way.

Sample ng sinend ko:

-----

Boy: Uy, may gagawin ka ba mamayang gabi?

Girl (blushing tapos kinikilig): Uhm... wala e Ü

Boy: Ako meron! :D

-----

Napansin ko din ang ilang mga bagay:

1. P0.90 na pala per text.
2. Mas mahal pag mas mahaba yung message

...

Kausap ko na naman ang sarili ko.

Buwisit talaga pag ganitong sabado ng gabi...

Suntok sa mukha kaya?

Pwede.

Random ramblings for the day.

Eh.

Ah ewan. Bahala na si Batman.

Pero teka, sabi nila ako daw si...

Nah.

-----

Nye corny. Ang tanong na nabunot ko kanina sa impromptu ay "What is the importance of prayer in our life". :(

Oh well. 20/25 = 80%. Pwede na rin heh.

----

-----

Speaking of televised V-League, na-flash ng close-up sa TV si Paola kanina dahil sa katabi niyang may banner. Mga wala pang 2 seconds. Haha. Wala lang.

Yikes. I have an quz tomorrow in Modealg (abstract algebra).

To make it all worse, I have no idea about the scope of the exam.

-----

Once again, I will be part of those who will be the last to present their speeches. This time though, it'll be an impromptu speech.

Here's to hoping that I get a great question for my impromptu. A question where I can insert humor, and make my speech look like I'm being interviewed by Leno or Letterman.

Cheers.

Patawad.

Patawad.

Ika nga nila sa Ingles, I got carried away by my emotions.

Patawad, at naguluhan ako.

Patawad at nakikialam ako.

Dahil hindi talaga pwede.

At dahil isa akong tanga.

Muli, patawad.

Take me all the way..."

Why the other UAAP teams are happy that DLSU is suspended
